Index: Description The Giarre's name derives from the sicilian “Giarri” whom it means “the giare” the containers of terracotta that came manufactured from the skillful local craftsmen for the conservation of the alimentary commodities of the near county of Màscali. Free Mediterranean Aquarius of Giarre
The Aquarius, distributed on two plans, contains fourteen tubs that host many sea organisms of the Mediterranean, coming from sandy depth, and from the abysmal sea environment.
