The appointment is on the 4 July 2007 in Messina, when there will be the first edition of "Spaday". The manifestation is  dedicated to the sword fish fishing. It represents also an occasion to discover Capo Peloro, the sea between Scilla and Cariddi. 

The great "fishermen village" will be opened to show the fishermen's net and fishing instruments making. Inside the English Tower, the Mediterranean fish will be exposed in photographies, titled : "Fish in extension".  
During the four evenings of this manifestation there will be tastings, entertainments and exhibitions.
