The appointment with the festival of Zafferana Etnea is every Sunday of October 2007. Like every year, this event wants to introduce the tradition and the history of the place. There will be "stand" with typical products like oil, wine, chestnut, apples, mushrooms and honey, that is the most important product of  Zafferana. In fact, it is called " City of Honey " because produces high amount of honey and different types, for example the eucalyptus and orange's honey.

During the festival, there will be also cakes prepared with the typical products of Zafferana....and many other specialities for the people that will participate at the manifestation.
