The civil protection has carried out an overflight the 28 tuesdays March on the Stromboli with the aid of a thermal television camera that has allowed to find the actions of the emission of lava from the effusive mouth at approximately 400 meters above sea level inside of the Sciara of the fire. From the effusive mouth take to origin three arms of lava. The most advenced one has caught up the sea, causing one vapor cloud.

 

Are been controlled the thermal analysis of the image that indicates effusive values with those measured yesterday, and that re-enter in the interval measured in the last days. Moreover, the visual analysis of the sismic activity has evidenced a small landslide. The volcanic tremor indicates a medium level currently. Because of the cloud cover it's not possible to make some observation of the zone of craters. The images of the thermal television camera at 400 meters do not show meaningful anomalies. The nets of Gps monitoring have evidenced one general contraction of the structure of the volcano regarding the previous days the beginning of the effusion inside of the Sciara of the fire.
