From the 1 until the 15 April, in Sant'Alfio (Catania-Etna south) starts the Food and wine festival Girasapori 2007, organized from the National Union For Native place. The manifestation takes life from the plan to restore of 19 Italian villages at risk, inserted in the plan “Open for Holidays”. There will be appointments to discovery the tipical resources of the territory through food menu. There will be followed proposals in farm holidays of Sant'Alfio and Mascalucia.
