Mount Etna new eruption of 2007 E-mail
29-Mar 2007
The Etna returns in eruption on 2007! Two lava taps have been registered from the summit craters: from the fracture that has been opened in the New Mouth, towards east, and from the southern base of the crater of South-East, towards south. It is how much emerges from a completed inspection on the volcano from the investigators of the national Institute of geophysicist and volcanology of Catania. The two lava taps appear little fed, cover approximately 10 meters the hour. Are not recorded lava ash emissions, outbreaks and “Lava Fountains”. The eruptive scene is far away from the villages and for this it does not constitute a danger neither for the things neither for the persons.
