The 10° edition of the “Cous Cous Fest” will start from the 25 to the 30 September 2007 in San Vito lo Capo. In this scene, some of the best Mediterranean chef will conquer the prize of the best cous cous plate, that will be assigned by important enogastrononic experts and journalists.

Moreover, it will be able to be tasted the typical cous cous of Algeria, Tunisia and Morocco. The new thing of this manifestation is  the “house of the cous cous of Maghreb". With a ticket of 10 €, there will be a possibility to taste typical specialties of Trapani, cous cuos, cakies and typical sicilian wines. There will be the participation of the famous chef Gianfranco Vissani and Khaled with his splendid music.
